The Nationals did it! Hail the Nationals! Won-Soto came up big AGAIN! Mad-max started off a bit rough but eventually settled down and Strasburg put on his big-boy pants and took care of things when the team needed him the most… and through it all… DC fans came out early and stayed late for the incredible celebratory beer-baths that started in the eighth inning and continued until the final pitch! This.Is.It.DC. This Nationals team is not the same as years past… they are the most resilient, even if not the most talented, we have had here in years and we should all embrace it!
